Words can't describe how I feel right now. A change has finally come, i'm so excited for the future, I just don't know what to say!
My RDA Movement Blog is actually how it's written, a movement. RDA Movement is a company that will specialize in Art (RDA Art) and Fitness (RDA Fit) by me, Reginald Allen. My original works of art are always for sale and will forever be my first love. As far as fitness, it's been so great and has become a lifestyle for me.
