My RDA Movement Blog is actually how it's written, a movement. RDA Movement is a company that will specialize in Art (RDA Art) and Fitness (RDA Fit) by me, Reginald Allen. My original works of art are always for sale and will forever be my first love. As far as fitness, it's been so great and has become a lifestyle for me.

Wassup everybody, September 11, 2007 and my heart goes out to everybody that's been affected by this horrible 9/11 tragedy. On a lighter note, my boi Kanye West CD is out and go cop that, it's on point. His music gives me inspiration to create beautiful paintings as well as some of my other favorite recording artist.
